It's dripping with the sort of self-consciously hip style that only Sega could pull off, and were it human, I'd expect nothing less out of it than oldschool checkerboard Vans and a garish blazer to go with 'em. Reader review by midwinter (August 27, 2004) Originally debuting on Sega's now defunct Dreamcast platform, Smilebit's Jet Set Radio brought urban street culture into the home for those of us too lazy to get off of our sofas and find it ourselves. It's controversial anti-establishment message worked so perfectly with the graffiti-spraying-grind-fest style gameplay that Jet Set Radio quickly became the talk of the town. Reader review by pickhut (July 13, 2009) When you really stop to think about it, Jet Set Radio Future is basically a fetch quest title: the main objective is to go around and search for tagged surfaces, so you can spray graffiti over them. Sure, it's slightly different since you're not collecting items when you find them, but the concept is the same. Apparently, Smilebit thought that wouldn't be enough, so they added a side quest where you do more fetching. Needless to say, this could have easily been an unfortunate wreck. Actua...
