Staff review by Gary Hartley (February 25, 2012) EvilQuest gets more than enough to justify its already low asking price, but let’s not let its Indie status colour it completely; The 360’s Indie channel regularly produces titles of great value hidden beneath the muck and Chaosoft’s effort certainly deserves to stand along side them.

Reader review by JoeTheDestroyer (May 24, 2012) Once the shock that I was playing a wanna-be retro title wore off, all that was left was a basic, by the books action RPG. As Rotten Tomatoes likes to say, it was a genre exercise.
