A fun, well-executed game that ultimately doesn't succeed so much as it could have because it's over almost before it begins, Panic Restaurant is still a title worth playing. Particularly if you manage to find it in a bargain bin somewhere.

You control an elderly chef who finds that a villainous counterpart named OHDOVE has just taken over his restaurant AND somehow made all the food homicidal. Personally, I'm a bit skeptical as to how food that attacks people is going to help this place keep customers happy, but unlike OHDOVE, I've never presumed to be a qualified restaurant owner.

Weird dreams? We've all had one or two. As far as their entertainment value goes, they lie somewhere in the middle. Certainly a dream as peculiar as playing soccer with a refrigerator, a talking warthog, and your third-grade teacher is preferable to the perennial nightmares of waking up late for an important midterm or witnessing the death of a relative, but it simply can't compare to those beautiful visions of paradise where you find yourself in bed next to Sarah Michelle Gellar smoking a fat c...
