Reader review by goldenvortex (September 14, 2004) After the release of the ever-lasting Donkey Kong Country, I was anticipating a sequel. I had a great time swinging through the jungle, creeping through caves and riding on cool animal assists. I wanted to experience it again but with all of the minor flaws that it produced corrected. However, DKC2 didn't exactly fix these problems, it just added a few more to the list. |

Reader review by ratking (December 06, 2002) Donkey Kong Country was a big hit, and a sequel was a definite money maker. Therefore Rare was on top of it, and soon enough we had another Donkey Kong Country game in the making, without the main hero. At first people were skeptical, but it still had Diddy and similiar gameplay. Donkey Kong Country 2 is a very good sequel that does the job well, and follows up a terrific game. |

Reader review by retro (November 01, 2003) The film industry has become notorious over the years for making movie sequels that hardly ever live up to the original. Predator was an instant action movie classic in the late 80's, and it deserved a superb sequel. What did it get? A boring, terrible piece of crap follow-up that doesn't even deserve the title, Predator 2.
