In my opinion, the only "post-Origins" DLC truly worth playing is Golems of Amgarrak. Not so much because it adds a bunch of meaningful lore to the series as a whole, but because it is tough no matter how overpowered your Warden is. Really, the only one that compares to it difficulty-wise was Leliana's Song, and Golems was overall more fun to go through, since a lot of LS's difficulty came from you having to escape from jail and go through some tough mobs while under-manned.
