I know they didn't want to overburden themselves, but I'm still miffed by the lack of MM7-10 and no Mega Man & Bass (hell, I'd even welcome Mega Man Soccer or Mega Man Battle & Chase). Then again, I would rather see Capcom pull its head out of its crack and either do Mega Man 11 or Mega Man X9.

It's frustrating for me, too, since, there's rarely been "sequel" compilations. Companies either don't do a follow up collection, and when they do, it stops at the second volume, then "reboot" with a new collection a few years later with the same games. The only ones I can think of at the top of my head that exceeded 2 volumes were the Namco Museum and Midway Arcade Treasures collections.

As for new Mega Man games, I just wish they released another traditional one in the style of the classic or X series. At this point, I don't care if it's yet another series set a bizillion years ahead of the previous series, since they love doing that. Call it Wily & Light: Ambition's Resurrection?!, or some other absurd title while they're at it.

I head spaceshit noises.
