Really enjoyed reading this review. For a split second I even contemplated getting a 3DS, as I never got the chance to play Majora's Mask on the Nintendo 64.

You mention the bosses being overhauled. Is this an improvement? Sounds like the original maybe is tougher?

Thanks for reading the review, Janus. Each of the bosses now has a big protruding eye for a weak point, and so the object of each battle is now to expose and attack that. The Gyorg and Twinmold battles now both have outright second phases; the whole Giant's Mask thing in the latter has been kind of expanded upon beyond the basic spectacle that it was originally. I think the bosses are an improvement overall; they were fine in the original but they feel a bit less one-note now.

By the way, if you're interested (or if anyone else is), I recently wrote a blog entry detailing pretty much every change/tweak that I noticed and what I thought of them.

Enjoyed the blog entry. It's interesting that Nintendo have changed things. They do re release a fair few games, but at least those releases are always done with care.

Your reviews of Dying Light and the Order were useful too. I'll just wait for Bloodborne for a new PS4 game I reckon.
