Yes, the aiming definitely sucks. I'm wondering just what was 'identified' as being the precise problem?

I'm playing the game now, and I'm definitely having trouble with aiming -- something that didn't really bother me in Uncharted 2. Hope the patch fixes things a bit.

Hopefully they'll do the same for Saints Row 3. Great game, but the glitches can be annoying.

Hopefully their next patch will fix the desert level.

..they're never going to start treating internet lag as if it actually exists anyway, so the game will still be borked no matter how much they polish the buttons. Waste of time.

Ha, the desert level sucks. But I get why it's there.

The desert level's there because Naughty Dog hates us. It's kind of like MGS3's random ladder climb, but without the awesome heroic music.

I'm sure the intent was to make us feel Nathan Drake's plight... but going back to Tom's complaints about inconsistency, Drake spends the whole level searching for water and never finds any -- and then in the following level, Drake manages to fight off an entire city full of gun-toting goons. Some of the goons even have RPGs. After spending an entire level showing us that he's dying of thirst, the dude is rolling around and leaping over walls and bare-knuckle brawling in the next level.

It's stupid to waste a gamer's time on a boring level in the first place (just hold "up" and you'll "beat" the level), but it's even worse to waste our time so pointlessly.

3/10

Mm.. I'd go with that the desert sequence is fantastic. But that everything else is wrong :p .. (..well, apart from the intro, young Drake, etc).

The only way my brain can process what you just said, is to assume we must be talking about different desert sequences.

The one I'm talking about had no shooting or fighting, but had about 20 zillion cutscenes.

No, the part where you stumble along the ridge, and so on. It's the only place in the entire game where the limited camera-angle makes sense. Then they cut the sequence off when you could have been watching the sand-effects and the animation close up.. weird.
