I've not played the Mega Drive version, but if it's anything like the Super Famicom's version, it's a steaming pile of ass. The music quality really does make a difference in the PCE-CD version, if only for the fact that you can at least ignore the mindless gameplay in exchange for kickass tunes. Also, thanks for the feedback. I figured I'd be rustier than that, considering how long it's been since I reviewed something.
