I had hoped the game would be good but movie games usually are not good. Anyway a good review of a seemingly bad game.

I think you need "to" as indicated in this sentence.

Some of the twists barely even have time to make sense before the player is expected "to" accept them and to jump into another mission.

Thanks for reading, for commenting and for catching the grammatical gaffe. That's why I usually spend more than an hour writing reviews, but I wanted to pop this out before work and I knew what I wanted to say. It was a quickie job. Glad it worked well for you. I felt bad bashing the game, but any time I felt too bad I remembered what it felt like to play it. The review's about as honest as a review can get.

"What if everything you see is more than what you see--the person next to you is a warrior and the space that appears empty is a secret door to another world? What if something appears that shouldn't? You either dismiss it, or you accept that there is much more to the world than you think. Perhaps it really is a doorway, and if you choose to go inside, you'll find many unexpected things." - Shigeru Miyamoto on secret doors to another world2

Very interesting review. I say that because the things mentioned about the game sound like typical features in an Ace Combat titled. I wonder how I would feel about IR2 if I ever got to play it? XD

Anyway, am I the only one who noticed the IR2 cover art on the site looks like Iron Man is flipping everyone off?

I wondered about that, too, pickhut.

The review is a good critique of the game, though I think it could've lost a paragraph somewhere and read more fluidly. But maybe that's just me. Once I hear a game is bad in that general "it's just bad" way, I have trouble maintaining my interest in hearing about it. The review either has to be hilarious or grab me with deep critical analysis on a genre I'm really interested in, like Survival Horror or shooters. Beat me up action games, which is what this sounds like, are rarely my thing (DMC and, hilariously, Heavenly Sword are exceptions to this).

Note to gamers: when someone shoots you in the face, they aren't "gay." They are "psychopathic."
