This review does a nice job of describing the gimmick that drives (no pun initially intended, but then I realized it was a pun and left it in anyway because I love puns that much) GRID. Your best bit was when you talked about how many times a person might have a perfect race going and then wipe out on that last corner. That's happened to me far too frequently and I've seen it happen to my wife, so this game seems to have been made for people like us... and indeed, anyone who regularly plays racing games!

Anyway, it was a well-written piece all around. Good going!

"What if everything you see is more than what you see--the person next to you is a warrior and the space that appears empty is a secret door to another world? What if something appears that shouldn't? You either dismiss it, or you accept that there is much more to the world than you think. Perhaps it really is a doorway, and if you choose to go inside, you'll find many unexpected things." - Shigeru Miyamoto on secret doors to another world
