What'd you think of the sequel, incidentally?

Is the sequel the game known as Power Strike II for the GameGear? If so, I reviewed it and gave it a 6. Or kinda reviewed it. It's more of a blog-style thing where I mention the game in passing. One of those things where I think I was more amused by my writing than anyone else every could be.

And I found GG Aleste way too banal to get a 5. Part of that, I think, is just because those older hand-held shooters just weren't immersive when compared to their peers on consoles and in arcades. The smaller screen just kinda detachs me from the experience.

I was actually kidding with you as far as arguing re the score (in keeping with the massive 'argument' going on in another thread). I didn't love PSI, but PSII was pretty good I thought--around a 6 seems just about right. It plays better on an emulator, on the big screen. I think if you played Spriggan, you'd think that it blows MUSHA out of the fucking water, btw.
