Very very good review. You covered everything I wanted to know and touched on things I suspected from having read loads about the game back when it first came out ten or so years ago. Having just written a Warhawk review that struggled with the issue, I can sympathize with the nostalgic factor versus the aging factor. Games just don't tend to age well, it seems, in the vast majority of cases.

I dunno that games generally don't age well - I think a lot of them definitely do, and that's why I'm so big into older stuff now. But some of them have a lot of aspects that yeah... really kinda suck these days. Like Persona 1! Persona 2 is a masterpiece though.


Not sure how to make a sig? While logged into your account, you can edit it and your other public and private information from the Settings page.
