I saw this one in the "Looking for a good read?" window.

I'm now going to be a complete ass and point out that the $21,400 auction actually took place on myebid.com. The only reason I know this is because I found the review so interesting that I went searching for more information.

Anyway, another gold NWC cart was bought last month for $17,500 dollars by this guy. That's almost $4,000 dollars cheaper! What a bargain!

It's crazy to think that ordinary people are willing to pay this sort of money. I can definitely see the attraction of collection rare video games, but I would have to be very, very rich before I would be prepared (or able) to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a NES cart.
