Hey, man, this was a good review, one of your better ones in recent history. I really enjoyed it. I don't think I'm in the mood for a FPS right now, otherwise I'd grab this based on your description. A little more detail on how the gameplay handles might have been nice, just to give me some sense of where it falls in the grander scheme of FPS games.

But a very fine job, one worthy of a good stiff drink. Which I shall now take. Of lemonade.

Thanks for the feedback. There's so much that could be written about this game. I already produced a much longer review than I really wanted to, without anything that I felt like cutting. Going into more gameplay details would've easily taken it up over the 2000-word mark, which is death for a review, so I had to make decisions about what to cover and I'm pretty happy with my choices. Besides, I think most people know what to expect from an FPS, more or less. Go into this expecting that--along with the modifications I chose to write about--and you should have about the experience you'd expect.

Perhaps it really is a doorway, and if you choose to go inside, you'll find many unexpected things." - Shigeru Miyamoto on secret doors to another world2

That actually would've been a great line for the review.
