Why do the screenshots from this game declare themselves as being from "Paranoia?"

I'm guessing that Paranoia is the PC Engine name and whoever took the shots emulated that version.

Paranoia, as it says on the caption for the final screenshot, is the JP version of Psychosis. I mean, come on. 1+1 = 2.
