Title: EA knows how to sell a game. Posted: July 23, 2010 (04:44 PM)
So there's a game out in South Korea that's proven to be pretty popular, called Chronos Sword. I know relatively little about the game except for the fact that it's published by the former EVIL CORPORATION OF AMERICA, Electronic Arts.
So, how do EVIL CORPORATIONS OF AMERICA sell video games to South Koreans?
By making popular South Korean girl groups sing the theme song and release a music video for it.
Title: Elder Scrolls and Steam Posted: June 14, 2010 (05:45 PM)
So I caved got Steam the other day. I remember when it first came out and everyone hated it (yet I don't even remember why) but my experience with it so far has been a pretty pleasant one. I took advantage of this weekend deal Steam was doing, and purchased The Elder Scrolls games available on the service, Morrowind and Oblivion, for $5 and $8.50, respectively. A good deal considering they came complete with all the expansions and in Oblivion's case, the DLC. I also downloaded Team Fortress 2 during the free weekend but never got around to playing it... Oops!
