This game has its shares of ups and downs either with the company side or the players. But even then CTRacer Global (Gamenetworks) is still pushing their ideals to deliver the best gaming experience to their loyal users. I have been monitoring closely to their forums and seeing so much interaction between the players and the GNW staffs (GMs and Admins) regarding their huge update. What is the fuss about? I will tell it in a short while. The old client has some major issues that Effects greatly the integrity of the game itself, with the help of its loyal players. This update has been push through and will be coming this August 17, 2010.
Now let’s talk about some of the new features that will be included in CTR Global V2 Update. As I have posted previously in my blogs, the game had made some MAJOR changes compared to their old client. With this new patch, some of the issues that have been a great concern to the players will be solved.

Besides these renovations, I have been lurking around their website to see some of minor details that they added to the game as well.
Changes = Effect/s
Car garage = Added 3 more car slots
Ware house = Storage system
Changeable RPM Gauge = In game UI
Car Insurance = Fuel Discounts on Stations
Improve Car Painting = improved graphics
1000 Max TP Limit = from 600 to 1000
1 New Downhill = NamHanSan Map
That is only the tip of the iceberg, they are yet to release an official list of changes. Now here is a video of one of the GMs of CTRacer testing the new Drift Mode feature. This is the only video I can find in their official website, we are still waiting for the official teaser video of it.
The video is quite short but you pretty much get the idea out of it, there is a specific area in the track where you can begin to start and end a drift.
Other features that have been added are License Quest, Advance and Beginner’s Quest, and Ghost Mode. Ghost Mode is a feature that lets your race with a mirror of yourself, you can do this by saving previous runs that is incorporated into the game.
There are still other features that are hidden in the game for now, we can expect more out of it when the CTR Global V2 Update will be available for the users this coming August 17, 2010.
You will be expecting me to roam around some more when it has been released to the public. I'm planning on making a review out of it.
