disco Welcome to my humble abode! I have no idea how to use this thing, but hopefully I'll figure it out soon enough. >_>

So, I just got back from my Memorial Day weekend vacation (which included visiting my grandma and watching the remarkably mediocre DaVinci Code). Upon looking at my gmail account (aka the one I use to get feedback for my Gamefaqs contributions) and the first message I get looks like this:

You Are A Donkey Raping **** Eater. You Suck Big Fat Sloppy Donkey ****s.
I Had Your Mother Last Nite And This Morning. I Hope You Burn In Hell You ****Sucking Ball Gobbling Cum Guzzling ***** Ass *****.
Now That I Got That Out Of My System Your Guide Sucked Balls.

End Of Message.

P.S. Your A Homo.

Not enough caffeine, perhaps?

Oh well, at least my reviews did decently well in the latest contest. At least, one of them did. Ironically, I thought the Tenchu DS review would have fared better. There's always next time, I guess. Usurper's bash review contest over on Gamefaqs ought to prove fun; I've found that I prefer writing bash reviews as opposed to praise (my soon to be submitted God of War review notwithstanding.) I'll probably get my ass kicked by Emp and/or Genj, but what the hell. It'll be good to get some life back on those boards.

Speaking of reviewing, I've gota few more games lined up for the next week or two, including:

Guilty Gear Dust Strikers (still waiting for Ashy to send it to me)
Iron Feather
Xenosaga I & II
Lost Magic
From Russia With Love
Tekken 5
Castlevania: Curse of Darkness

I also noticed that I've got quite a few compilation games, such as the Mega Man X Collection, Sonic Gems, Taito Legends, and Super Mario All-Stars that need some reviewing as well. I don't suppose anyone has a good example of a compilation review, do they?

Mariner's Super Mario All-Stars review was pretty good, but I don't suggest reading it since you plan on reviewing the game. But if you need an idea it's the best (and one of the only good) example that I know of. I'm too lazy to look for it but it's on GameFAQs somewhere.

Man, EmP won't beat anyone's ass. He's washed up.

Edit: Go to guts' profile. He's got a game called Nam Collection or something like that on there. It's a pretty good comp review, methinks.

EmP cannot beat me because he must divide his time between reviewing and spending time with his internet girlfriend Viridian Moon. I have no girlfriend, therefore, I can focus on reviewing.

Wait . . . that's not cool.

I really liked your Tenchu review, disco. I thought you did a great job covering the game, and it almost placed this week in RotW. That's saying a lot, considering how many good submissions there were to choose from. I'd say I liked it more than lasthero did. To each his own. That's not to take anything away from his judging, of course; he did a kickass job.

Washed up, am I? Step out with internet girlfriends, do I? Lasty anything but incompetent, is he?

Vengeance will be swift. I'm 3-0 in these FAQ tourneys (I've declared myself the winner of the last, blaming the poor turnout on fear!) and this will be no different.

Shit, I completely forgot about that Guilty Gear game when I moved back from school. My bad. I'll mail it tomorrow.
