Here you are, at the mother lode of cheats for Road Avenger. Please note that staff make no promises as to whether or not reader-submitted cheats will work properly. Feel free to report if you find a cheat that does not work so a member of staff can look into the problem.
Debug
From the Game Start screen, move Up to Options and press Start. With the cursor on the Players option, press C, C, C, C, C. Exit the Options screen and start the game. When the game begins, press A + B + C simultaneously. A debug mode screen should appear.

Demo Mode
From the Game Start screen, move Up to Options and press Start. With the cursor on the Players option, press A, A, A, A, A, B. Exit the Options screen and start the game. Relax and enjoy the demo.

Level Select
From the Game Start screen, move UP to Options (do not move down) and press Start. With the cursor on the Players option, press A, A, A, A, A, A. Exit the Options screen and start the game and you will be asked to select the level.

New Title
For an alternate title, highlight GAME START and press UP. You should now be highlighting OPTIONS. From there, press START, A, A, A, A, C, A. Exit the Options screen and repeat this once more. When you return to the the title screen it should read "FX Blaster."

Pause
From the Game Start screen, move UP to Options and press Start. With the cursor on the Players option, press A, A, A, A, B. You can now pause the game by pressing Start.

Skip Level
Enable Pause, then exit the Options screen. Press Up again to highlight Options. Select the Players option, then press A, A, A, A, B, A. Begin the game. While playing, you can clear the current stage by pausing the game and pressing C.
