why are there vulgar ads on my blog????????of how clothes affect your breast and some nude comic chick with the caption saying that 'she is not in control of her body' etc etc......

can someone please get some better sponsors here??????

As for the ads, I never approve such ads with the expectation that they will hang around terribly long. As noted elsewhere, Project Wonderful runs ads on a bidding program. I'm not sure how the artsy cartoon sites are paying as much as they are for ad space. I was happy to let them increase the effective cost to run an ad on HG, since they are legitimate bids and drive the cost up so that HG is actually getting an appropriate amount of revenue based on its traffic (well, on the low end of 'appropriate'), but my intent was certainly not to let their tacky content appear on the site for as long as it has. I'll go through and nuke the bids now.

Hopefully, someone who isn't advertising boob drawings will see the value in placing a decent bid. It's happened before. Maybe it will again.

All the adds mean to me is that I can't go on HG at work anymore. Which is probably for the best anyways. :P
