First Modern Warfare 3 DLC announced, dated for Xbox

The first piece of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 DLC is coming, and Xbox 360 is getting it first. Microsoft's exclusivity deal on Call of Duty DLC is still in effect, so starting January 24th, Call of Duty Elite subscribers on Xbox Live will have access to the new DLC, the Park, for "free."

After the typical exclusivity waiting period, PS3 Modern Warfare 3 players can probably expect access to the Park, free for Elite subscribers and for a price for non-subscribers. Call of Duty Elite is not available for PC players, so they'll have no choice but to pay if they want it, whenever the DLC becomes available on that platform.

It's not entirely clear what the Park DLC actually is, but it's very likely a multiplayer map (shown above). We'll probably know more soon.
