Dance Central 3 demo busts a move toward Xbox Live

Harmonix's Dance Central 3, the third entry in the fairly successful, Kinect-only dancing game, now has a demo up on Xbox Live, according to Major Nelson.

Three songs are available to try out in the demo: Nicki Minaj's "Starships!," Jennifer Lopez's " On the Floor" and Maroon 5's "Moves Like Jagger." Indeed, you won't have to purchase the full game to see if your moves stack up to the legendary Rolling Stone. And if that doesn't work out, the demo will also let you try out a new mode that lets you create your own moves!

Set to launch Oct. 16, Dance Central 3 features more than 40 tracks, from '70s disco all the way to modern, chart-topping hits. As usual, you will need a Kinect sensor to enjoy the game, so make sure you've equipped yourself with one before queueing up the demo (or pulling the trigger on the game itself).
