Rock Band Blitz dated, more songs revealed

Harmonix's new Rock Band spinoff is on its way.

The new downloadable game, based on Rock Band Unplugged, will be hitting the PSN and XBLA services on August 28th and 19th respectively.

The game will come with 20 standard tracks, and will work with all exported and DLC songs from past Rock Band games. Harmonix revealed four more of the included songs today: Avenged Sevenfold's "So Far Away," Kool & The Gang's "Jungle Boogie," My Chemical Romance's "Sing," and Fun's "We Are Young."

Rock Band Blitz will launch at $14.99 or the equivalent in Microsoft Moonpennies.
