Mortal Kombat Vita dated

The Vita version of last year's Mortal Kombat finally has a release date. You'll be able to eviscerate people on the go starting May 1st.

The Vita version of the game is the Komplete Edition that was recently released for PS3 and Xbox 360. It includes all of the console DLC, as well as the previously PS3-exclusive Kratos.

This new version has a few bonuses of its own: specifically 150 new Challenge Tower missions and touch screen fatalities.

Various retailers are listing the game at $39.99.
