I try to avoid linking to a competitor's site whenever I can (I actually think this is the first time I've done so) but HG and RoG are somewhat unspoken partners and I know there are a lot of Assassin's Creed fans so I wanted to share. It's not much, but for those frothing, agonizing fans like me it's the best news I've seen all year.

Don't worry. Ubisoft has said this is the last in the Ezio trilogy. After that there will be the spinoff series, Ezio's Creed, and Ubisoft is handing development of the main Assassin's Creed series off to Splash Damage following its recent success with Brink.*

Yeah, that was kind of my thought too. I like him, but would rather see them go back and broaden Altair or take on another era entirely. I'm slowly starting to believe they're milking this franchise for all it's worth. Which, mind you, isn't a bad thing as they're just getting better but I don't think we're going to be receiving definitive answers anytime soon.

I still haven't played any of them except for the first game. Not sure that's a bad thing.
