The Wii is better than Kinect because it has a controller to supplement the motion sensor input.

So yes, for that price, it would be better to buy a Wii.

Kinect will be £130 in the UK, which is quite frankly ridiculous. I think the only positive thing about it is at least you don't have to buy multiple controllers like Move.

Kinect reminds me of EyeToy. why would i want to buy a system for $299 then spend another $149 for a gadget that will have maybe 1 or 2 year life support.
