Obviously, if I have a profile on this site, it means that I play video games. I also happen to write, and the two have made a harmonious combination for a hobby. I mainly write FAQs and reviews, and *try* to stick to one of these categories:

-RPG and non-linear adventure games
-Anything with horror or b-movie elements
-Anything unique, obscure, or just plain weird

Sounds broad, but it also means you probably won't see a Super Mario Bros. 3 review from me any time soon.

My Wii just crapped out for the fourth time. I suspect it's the graphics card again, since I see green squares and the like.

Is it an old Wii? I've only had mine for a little over a year and haven't used it much, so I dunno if this is a normal thing.

That sucks, though.

It was fairly normal with first gen Wiis, but I was told they had fixed the problem. I'm wondering if watching a lot of Netflix had anything to do with it. In any case, I've loaded Netflix onto my PS3 and convinced my wife to only watch it on that from now on. The picture quality is better on PS3 anyway.
