Rob Hamilton says: "France’s most stalwart athlete, Glass Joe, quickly finds out his career is heading for a humiliating end, as his punches are easily dodged by Mac, who then responds by sending jab after jab into Joe’s face. The fight is short and brutal — with Glass Joe spending more time face down than the average hentai game chick."

denouement says: "“[He] called me a ‘rapist’ and a ‘recluse.’ I’m not a recluse.” Perhaps these were the words that started it all. When you think of all the people you wouldn’t want to be trapped alone in a room with, Mike Tyson is perhaps among the first to come to mind. After all, he’s only on the Zoloft to keep from killing y’all. Iron Mike is a fearsome giant of a man, with the strength of a bull and the brain of a billygoat. Now usually, when an athlete is licensed to appear in a game, he or she is a..."

gbness says: "Fear the man himself -- not the game. Mike Tyson, perhaps the greatest boxer ever, one to create fear in every opponent's heart! Not a bad idea at all from Nintendo! So it was then that I saw the name. Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!. A shock of fear went down my spine, knowing the difficulty that would surely lie ahead of me! Together with two exclamation marks, and you know Mike Tyson wants some food -- his opponents. I fought back my fear, turned the NES on and popped Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!..."

kingbroccoli says: "Most gaming protagonists do not need our help, for they have been blessed with the skills, weapons, physique and mentality to win at all costs. They strut about the screen, preening and flexing and sneering dismissively at all who dare inhabit their personal space. Look at these heroes! Solid Snake’s only true obstacles are the hundreds of girls who flock after him, Cloud Strife fears nothing but a bad hair day, and Mario can barely sneeze without knocking a dozen Bowser’s into a pool of molten ..."

ratking says: "Little Mac is the boxer we all love to cheer for. The little guy going against boxers three times the size of him, and yet still smashing them in the face. Ah, we all wish we were a Little Mac and well in Punch-Out you can be Little Mac and take on the likes of Mike Tyson. If you can get past some memorable arcade boxers first. "
