Marc Golding says: "SMW has too much going on for you to tire of it, to be finished with it. It goes on and on, and you can pick it up at any given time, and indulge in what seems like a never-ending journey of different routes, alternate twists and turns, new paths to the waterfall. "

asherdeus says: "As gamers, we all have a certain game that stands out among the others that we've played. There have been dozens of games that I've played through, but in only one of those I can remember how to beat every level. If I couldn't play this game for ten years, once my punishment was up, I'd still be able to pick up the controller and enjoy it, even if it isn't challenging anymore. That game is Super Mario World. A lot of people begin these reviews with a nostalgic story of their fond memories..."

ethereal says: "It's something of human nature to form rifts and divisions over situations. When you're older, serious issues like divorce, abortion, religion, etc. cause people to choose a side and defend/attack zealously. When you're younger (or just a geek), less important things occupy your time, so less important things cause you to rally for a side. For modern youth, including my own childhood, this behavior was embodied much in the form of the Sega Vs Nintendo argument. "

ratking says: "Of course when the SNES was released it had to debut with a character that all the world had grown to know. That character was Mario, who had appeared in four games adventure games before the SNES was ever born. Mario was the SNES mascot, and he rivaled Sonic of Sega. So here we go, the game that made the Super Nintendo a must own when it first debut, and a great video game too. Super Mario World was one of the peaks in Mario's industry, and a fun experience. "
