Reviewed by Mike Suskie (July 24, 2008) There comes a point when Link gains the ability to transform at will, which does wonders to rid Twilight of its biggest flaw. Not only does this keep the game from forcing players into lengthy non-human segments, but it allows you to more delicately appreciate the simple joys that the wolf provides, like following scent trails and digging holes through walls. It is at this point that the wolf mechanic works for the game, not against it, and that’s when Twilight becomes the full-blown masterpiece it was meant to be. |

Reviewed by remylabue (February 10, 2007) History was made when Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda internationally in 1987 for the Nintendo Entertainment System. A vast world, open-ended gameplay, and a battery autosave function made it one of the most advanced console games of its time. Thus began a franchise with no end in sight. |

Reviewed by sayainprince (December 08, 2006) Zelda is a franchise that has captivates fans like few, if any other series can. The very title being dropped, without any screenshots or movies, is enough to steal the floor at game expos. Originally announced at E3 in 2004, Twilight Princess was no exception; and fans were immediately interested. The game faced delay after delay however, with promises from Nintendo that it would allow them to improve on the game. News of the delays consistently upset fans, but the delays were worth it.
