Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition review

Reviewed February 16, 2006

Zack Little says: "That’s why Special Edition succeeds as a game and as a re-release: It makes things simple without making them easy. Forget the smooth control system or the sweet level design; I’m talking about the accessibility. How the game offers difficulties for all skill levels, tailored for the weakest of the weak and the hardest of the hardcore."

Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition review

Reviewed January 29, 2006

gmsephiroth says: "Seldom have I seen a re-release that makes you feel like you're playing the game for the first time all over again. This is one of those re-releases. The original Devil May Cry 3 was famous for it's stylish combat and grueling difficulty, keeping even the seasoned Devil May Cry veteran on his toes. The Special Edition, however, has made many revisions to the gameplay and overall presentation of the game. "
