Mario Party review

Review date unknown

Jason Venter says: "Between the mini games, you must traverse a variety of locations that feel as if they were filched from Monopoly. Ovate spaces (primarily red and blue) litter environments that range from lush jungles to sultry islands and even a birthday cake and castle in the sky. Prior to any round of Mario Party, you get to choose your favorite and run with it. The boards aren’t just decorative, either."

Mario Party review

Reviewed August 02, 2007

iamtheprodigy says: "Mini games are generally designed to be a distraction from the main game - a fun little addition to keep you busy if you get bored with the big picture. Other times mini games are cleverly squeezed into the main game as a way to beat enemies, get through some maze, or find an item. But Mario Party is unique in the way it implements its mini games: as the main part of its gameplay. "

Mario Party review

Reviewed July 23, 2002

ratking says: "Truthfully, I never understood the fame Mario Party recieved. It is a good game with alot to do in it, however it really isn't that fun of a game when you have friends around and there are alot better games you could play. However Mario Party still was the party game to own for around a hundred different games were available to play throughout it. Many of them are button smashers, but a few scattered here and there are fun. "
